Kin + Carta (K+C) is a global digital transformation consultancy with roots in a network of independent agencies under the St Ives banner. Across a seven-year partnership, we supported K+C through a complete business transformation, culminating in its acquisition by Valtech.
In the beginning, K+C was a fragmented group of agencies lacking a unified voice. Our challenge(s)?
